Not sure what this is... my neighbor gave me one and said it's for pain... ## Hi Nic, Based on the description provided, I've identified your white pill marked "X 32" as Amoxicillin (875mg) + Clavulanate Potassium (125mg); which is NOT used for pain, but rather in the treatment of bacterial infections. Manufactured by: NorthStar Rx LLC You can learn more about this drug on the page for Amoxicillin + Clavulanate Potassium Details In light of this, I would question the legitimacy of your neighbor's word, since this actually has nothing to do with pain management or pain relief unless it is proven to be caused by a serious infection. Has anyone ever seen or know of a hydrocodone m367 pill but thicker than usual? ## Hi Courtney, In my experience I've never come across any that were thicker than usual. I know its size is reported to be approximately 15mm. Maybe you could measure it for verification... Did you get this pill filled at a licensed pharmacy or was it through some other means? I only ask because it does seem rather unusual for drug companies to put out inconsistent batches (albeit, probably still happens from time to time). One idea though would be to take it into a local pharmacy and see if they'll be willing to compare it with another one that they have in stock. Maybe doing so will at least bring some peace of mind in knowing that it was evaluated among several other real ones. Hope this helps!
