I have founf some pills that are white round. They are scored and they have a 0636 on one side. My mom has alzheimers and they are perscribed to her but I dont know what they are or even where thay came from please help ## what is 0630 ## what is 0636 ## These are, and I'm positive about this, Endocet a generic form of Percocet-I get these Px to me and my drug company will only buy generic so this is what I get. ## That ID is correct, 0636 contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Percocet, this is a narcotic pain reliever. Actually, this is listed as being a veterinary medication, it contains 10mgs of Torbutrol, which is an opiate pain reliever used for dogs. I would have to say it is probably an over the counter item, which aren't regulated and kept track of like prescription drugs, or a foreign med. ## I know that it is some kind of veterinary medication... The pill is capsule shaped but it is a hard pill. The markings on the front side is an upper case R and then 636 after that. On the back of the pill in the middle it has a line goin through the middle. Can you please tell me what it is.. It is a blue pill. ## Gabapentin, Neurontin generic. light green oblong ## There is no Lortab with this marking. If the pill you are referring to is L 636, the L does not stand for Lortab, it is a logo for the drug company LNK International, they manufacture only over the counter meds that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics. The prescription light green, oval pill in the database is R 636, if that is the logo on your pill it is Gabapentin 600mgs, a generic for Neurontin which is used for Epilepsy seizure prevention and certain kinds of nerve pain.

a light blue round tablet with percocet written on one hallf and I believe it is either blank or scored down the centre Is this an old pill before they started making the TECS, N's and 0636's? ## The blue Percocet tablets have the name Percocet on them, with the number 5 underneath and are scored on the opposite side. This is the name brand product. It contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a narcotic analgesic. I'm not seeing this one in the current listings, so it may have been discontinued. Are there any other questions or comments?

No, these are not narcotic analgesics. They contain the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Diclofenac (50mgs) along with Misoprostol (200mgs) to help protect your stomach from the damage that the NSAID might cause. Side effects include nausea, dizziness and headache. Was found in a hydrocodone bottle ## If it is stamped Watson 358 or m358 its a Lortab; which Lortab is the brand name of Hydrocodone. ## The tablet with the Z71 marking is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and contains 500mgs of Metformin, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar in diabetics. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, flatulence, hypoglycemia, and diarrhea. (NDC 68382-0760) Payton, Lortab is the name brand for it. (NDC 16590-636, just one example.) However, it should be noted that it no longer contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, due to FDA action, combined medications cannot contain more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen, per dose. I'm just wondering the difference between the two, because when I was prescribed them I was given the 636 green ones, they worked fine for me no more headaches nothing, now they have given me the g31s and I'm sick again headaches, dizziness, you name it. And all the pharmacy says it's a different company that makes them but they are still the same pill.. No they are not..
