The pill is a white circular pill with the marking 441 on one side and nothing on the other. I have read other posts where they mention something similar but the pill they mention has a line going through the middle on the other side. This is not that pill. Please help

If it's 44 148, it's acetaminophen 500 mg. ## Teva Pharmaceuticals list a tablet with marking og 44 104 as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol and is available over the counter. It is most commonly used treat pain, and fever. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.
