this pill i ovel with 3571 one one side has a split on it what is it used for? ## I'm sorry, are you certain of the marking? I have tried several variations, but I can't find anything for an oval tablet with these numbers on it. Was it found in the U.S.? Does anyone else have an idea of what it is? What color is it?

white, oblong ## Hi, i found a bottle of one thousand pills. They are oval with one end squared off. Pink on one side that says magnum and white with blue flecks on the other that has 357 imprinted. the bottle says caffeine 325 mg and ephedrine sulphate 25 mg. what are these pills used for? ## In reference to ephedrine and caffeine mixture tablets, I remember they were used for people who had trouble breathing due to allergies or asthma. It cleared up the post nasal drip that made one feel like one was drowning. The pharmacist would tell us to drink plenty of water when on this pill. Back in the 1960's and 1770's there was no need for a physicians prescription.

How long is watson 357 good for? ## There's actually a lot of conflicting information around the topic of expired medication, but according to a Harvard Medical School family health article, except in rare cases (i.e. tetracycline), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 - 15 years after the expiration date. I have a white oblong pill with just 357 on one side and nothing on the other side. I'm on many medications and found an older bottle in my other purse where the writing faded off of it... ## Hi! Is it possible that the full imprint on the front says M357 and scored on the back? If so, you may have a Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (5/500mg) tablet made by Mallinckrodt. @Renee, The pill you're describing sounds like Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen (7.5/325mg) made by Novel Labs (Lupin acquired them back in 2016). It's depicted as a white oblong / capsule-shaped pill with N | 357 on one side and 7.5 on the back. I hope this helps!

I came across this pill that says 7.5 n357. Can u identify this please? It's a white pill. watson white pill ## Do you happen to know the shape of this pill imprinted M 337? The closest matches (imprints) I've seen are M 357 and M 367, but no M 337. The M 357 and M 367 are indicative of Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Both are white "oblong" (capsule-shaped) pills with the M3XX imprint on one side and scored on the back.
