I have been taking ms-contin for many years and found a bottle that has small white pills for pain they are about a 1/4 inch in diameter with a 276 on one side and what looks like an I6. on the other but it may be an IG. Can you help identify these before I throw them away. ## IG 276 are NOT pain pills, these contain 25mgs of Hydroxyzine, this is an antihistamine, often used to treat allergies, insomnia and sometimes for its sedation-like properties. It's a light blue round pill that is the same size as a 30 mg roxy & it says W | C with the numbers 276 underneath those letters. On the back there is just a line through the middle. I tried it but it did not taste like oxy at all, it had some sort of sweetness to the drip, it was an unfamiliar taste so I am really curious as to what this pill is, it's driving me crazy! I can tell you, however, that the 25mg Hydroxyzine manufactured by Glenmark should be a round, white tablet, with the letters IG on one side and the numbers 276 on the opposite side. Does this match the tablets in question?
