I found a Small Pink Round Pill with 257 on one side and 9 on the other side, in the room our neice stayed in. The 9 could possibly be the image of an eye... it is not a smooth oval 9 but made with straight edges. Any help would be great. ## Based on the description provided, I've identified your pink pill to be Gianvi; which contains a combination of Drospirenone (3 mg) + Ethinyl estradiol (0.02 mg). It is used for birth control, acne, menstral problems, and other uses.
