Is this Percocet time released? ## Hello, Nana! How are you? This one with the logo and 230 on it is manufactured by Alvogen and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen in a regular release formulation. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. what is the differance of this yellow round 230 10/325 percocet to the football shape 10/325 yellow ## I can't be completely certain, since you didn't provide the markings from both tablets, so I am basing my answer on just your post… That said, from what you've said, the only difference, if they are indeed the same medication in the same dosage, would be that they've both been manufactured by different companies. Learn more Percocet details here. Once a medication such as this is available as a generic, it is usually made by several different companies and each will have different markings, so it can be identified in case of emergency. Are there any other questions I can help with? ## Firstly. The person that replied did not look into your post enough....

I found it in my kid's room and I wanna know what it is and what it looks like plz! ## Is the marking possibly a stylized C with 230 on the other side? It should be a round, yellow pill. If so, it is manufactured by Alvogen and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Percocet. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

What color are Percocet 10/325mg? Is there a 10/325mg Percocet that's white, round & has 230 on one side & a C on the other? ## A "yellow" round pill with a large C on one side and 230 on the other reportedly contains Acetaminophen (325mg) + Oxycodone hydrochloride (10mg); the generic for Percocet. For verification, the manufacturer is Alvogen Inc. and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 47781-0230. I have yet to see a legitimate white version of this pill, however I do know that colors and shapes are subject to change at the whit and whim of the manufacturer. So perhaps it would be best to contact Alvogen directly to verify its identity at the following email or phone number for drug related inquiries: [email protected] / 866-770-3024 I hope...

I have been taking Percocet in different doses shapes & sizes for the past 15 years. With APP & without... I find absolutely have find very very very little difference (I say three times) between the different generic on the market & I find it bizarre that these people say they find drastic differences between them. I see a Less then 5% difference between manufactures.... Living in south Florida,Surviving thru the Pill Mill fiasco & swept clear thru the other side. The Tamper resistant Oxy-Contin & the unavailability of 15 & 30 mg IR has changed the market here in Florida. God luck to my brothers & sister here in the sunshine state.. ## I agree 100%. all are very similar ## The only Oxy IR brand that I find to have no relief, and actually puts me into withdra...

Yes, it's a oxycodone 10mgs used for pain from a doctor and is only given by a doctor unless you find it on the streets and in that case can be very harmful to yourself. I've been on them after having my son when they had to get him out with a C/section I was taking two so 20mgs at a time and even with being on them a short period of time when I did get off of them I went through VERY painful withdrawal that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy so if your taking them PLEASE PLEASE be smart about it I was under doctor supervision and still got hooked to them. Good luck to anyone needing help getting off them. Suboxone is something that really helps if used for a short period of time like a week or so. ## It is very difficult for the majority to become dependent on Percocet after...

I have c 230 yellow pill but for some reason not all of them line up perfectly with the marked c 230 when flipped over , is this normal for this pharmaceutical company to not line up the marks perfectly when flipped over seems like the 230 can be sideways or upside down? ? ## Hi Nycole, Did you get this pill filled at a licensed pharmacy? If not, a lab analysis would probably be the only safe way to tell if it's legitimate. Counterfeiters can easily purchase pill presses off the internet and compose whatever type of tablet they want, making it look virtually identical to the real thing (but often have minor to moderate deformities such as what you described). When I look at a legitimate image of a 10/325 generic Percocet tablet (made by Alvogen Inc.) that's round, yellow and mar...

I have light peach colored pill with markings on both sides. 230 on one side S/20 on the other side. ## Hello, TW! How are you? I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find an identification for this, so far. It's not listed in any of the prescription drug databases that I've searched. There is a chance that it could be an over the counter product, or even a foreign medication. I'll keep searching and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

why is there no image for this pill ive never seen it before and would like to see an image. ## Hello, Amy! How are you? I'm sorry, but I don't have an image to post for you, either. I've been unable to find one myself in the databases, actually. However, this isn't a new tablet, it has been on the market for awhile, but it may be new to you, since you've not seen it before. But the description lists it as being round, peach and having the marking 230 S 20. Was it dispensed by your pharmacy?

Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. NDC code: 50428-2302 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation. Curious, many medications can have an odd odor, that is not unusual. Was the bottle marked as containing Aspirin, or something else?
