These tablets are not coated. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. This pill contains Drospirenone (3 mg) + Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02 mg) + Levomefolate Calcium (0.451 mg). Beyaz is used specifically as birth control treatment. 1 REPLYThere is a small white pill inside my generic 5/20 Lotrel capsule. Is the pill amlodipine or benazepril? ## Do you have any info on who the manufacturer is? Other than contacting the manufacturer directly, I don't believe there's anyway to ID a pill (which was inside of another pill), unless it has imprints or markings to verify it. Also, if there's only one pill inside, wouldn't that mean they are combined into the same tablet? If the capsule is just a shell, it makes good sense for this to be the case. ## There are two manufacturers of the generic Lotrel (amlodipine/benezapril) The Teva product (pink and white) doesn't contain that other pill, but the Dr. Reddy Labs (orange and pale beige) does. I received a m 30 that looked as real as any but the color was darker and it had a blue coating u could lick off then insides were white. I have had tons of these but never blue outside and white inside? Are these real? If they are fake its best i have ever seen... ## They are counterfeit, those are being manufactured by the Mexican cartels. Be careful, no telling what they added to the formula. I tried one of these, and rubbed a small amount on my gums and that tiny amount had my gums numb for almost an hour. I've taken the 30s for almost ten yrs, and no 30 has ever made my gums numb, so there was something in the one I had that isn't supposed to be. ## I would also speculate that the odds of these being counterfeit are quite high if you're not getting them filled at a lice......

Both seem translucent and have what appears to be a 'bubble' inside of them, almost like a carpenters level has but the bubble doesn't seem to move so not sure they are liquid or solid inside. metoprolol ## Good question. Do you happen to know what the strength of the pill is, as well as the manufacturer? There are several possible appearances for this pill. For example: Metoprolol manufactured by AstraZeneca comes in 25, 50, 100, and 200 mg dosages... All of those are White. But Mylan Pharmaceuticals manufactures METOPROLOL TARTRATE in 50 mg (which is Pinkish Red with M over 32 on it), and 100 mg (which is a lighter Blue with M over 47 on it).
