4~ 3/8" orange pills were packed in a bottle of Atorvastatin pills which were small white ovals. One side had no markings and the other had 2084 over a V & they are scored for easily cutting. Just wonder how dangerous these may have been if my husband just happened to shake one out of the bottle. This was the first for this prescription so he could have easily just shook an orange instead of white pill out and not have known any different. Target pharmacy said to just bring them back, they figured they were caught in a cap that was all they said. ## The tablets with that marking contain 300mgs of Allopurinol, which is most commonly used to treat gout and they are nothing particularly dangerous, unless someone is allergic to the medication. Same orange pill with imprint "2084 at top/with a fancy V" at the bottom has been identified as suboxone 8mg/2mg it is used in treatment for opiate addiction the new formulated should be availble in us pharmacies everywhere late November although a few states including Ky, Fl, Ga, and Tn carry the new fourmula, the reason in the new FDA approved suboxone pill is the fact that it has none of that dreaded orange taste people hate personally and has a higher longer ceiling affect as a ex addict and suboxone maintance DR. Myself the orange does not bother me but the patients of mine that have ran across the new formula says it seems to work in five minutes instead of 30 minutes and alao seem to last longer. So hopefully if your state doesnt already have them they will surface at you...
