My husband has been violently ill for hours. He got a text from someone asking if he was "good with those p 10s". I asked, but he doesn't admit to taking anything. I'm worried, because this has been going on for 12 hours now. Any ideas what he could have taken?? ## I can't find any pills listed with a P 10 marking on them. small round white ## What’s a small round pill marked 485 on one side blank on other ## Hello, I wasn't able to find anything that exactly matches your description but I was able to find a Claritin 10mg pill that has a 458 imprint but from the description the NIH gives it should also have the word Claritin on it somewhere. Is it possible that the pill is worn and that the word Claritin is somewhere on the opposite side? Here is a picture of what the Claritin pill looks like, it's so light and the imprint is already hard to read as is that's why I'm asking. Is this the pill that you are referring to?
