If we take foreign medications into the picture, that adds a ton more. It wouldn't be practical to try to post pictures of all of them. It is actually the markings on a tablet that tell what it is, if it is a U.S. prescription medication. round little white pill,with a line in middle numbers 183 ## Sorry, I can't find any listings, in multiple databases for any prescription pills with only a 183 on them, are there any other markings? Letters? Numbers? Logos? ## Cannot identify pills I found, searched for hours on drug searches ect. Round white one side has a 183 and a greater than symbol with a less than symbol when held upright. Could be seen as two 45 degree angles facing each other one inside the other. The other side has a score on it halfing the pill. Also appears to have a coating. I though these pulls were morphine sulfates. But now I don't think so, cannot identify it anywhere.

It's white and oblong with 3 lines in the middle ## Martha, you have what is called Buspar, a different class of medication than a Xanax ## It is, however, also used to treat anxiety, but it must be taken regularly, it doesn't work as needed like Benzodiazepines do.
