However yes, the pill with this marking is listed as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodin, which is a narcotic pain reliever. It may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. And as of this time, the FDA is working to have the amount of Acetaminophen in all such tablets lowered to only 325mgs, due the toxicity dangers. pain relief ## Sorry, it would be impossible to post pictures of all the Hydrocodone pills on the market. What they look like is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer, so each one made by a different company will look different and even within a company how they appear will vary according to the dosage. "Here" is the link to a picture of mine (left hand side) and the same one I found online next to it. The one I have is on the left. The one on the right is a picture I got off of the web. Every single picture I could find online looked the same shade of yellow and had the same font as the one in the left. Besides the different appearance, I can tell a difference after taking the yellow V (on one side) 3601 (on other) versus taking the white "Watson 853" (all on one side) which I have both of at the moment. I have RSD in both legs due to several back surgeries. I was diagnosed in 1993 and have lived in pain for many years. My question is, I was doing pretty good with hydrocodone, Tylenol (7.5/3.25) ev 4 hrs. Even missing a dose every now and then, my RSD was mostly under control. I was changed to pill form (10/3.25) ev 6 hrs and ever since then (3 days ago), I have been in severe pain, in my legs and now under my feet. What made the difference? My pharmacist will not get the liquid form for me due to the cost to them. I may have to go out of town to get it.
