Found mixed with rx bottle of Toprol XL 100mg EQ tabs. Bottle was labeled and contains Ethex brand eq tablets. The patient also has had Toprol XL 50mg and 100mg brand name tablets within the last year or so from more than one pharmacy. The m is very similar to the m on the toprol tablet with the AMO marking. Thanks in advance for any assistance. ## There is actually more than one tablet with the M 50 marking, there is one that is Toprol, but several that aren't. 10 mg oxycotin tablet is a oblong/square white pill with 10 imprinted on it other names oxy 10mg or round white pill with oc on one side and 10 mg on the other ## There are no oblong/square Oxycontin tablets, the name brand Oxycontin is only available as round tablets. The original formulation had the OC marking on them and the new ones have the OP marking on them. There are also none that I'm aware of that contain Oxycodone with Acetaminophen (Percocet) that just have a 10 on them and nothing else that match that description.
