long oval, blue, numbers 44-473 on them, it says it has 325 mg of acetaminophen in them.2 pills per dose ## found celophane wrapper with pills inside..want to identify ## Tylenol cold multi symptom night time. ## In the interest of adding specifics, this is a generic for the Tylenol product that Terri mentioned. Along with the 325mgs of Acetaminophen already mentioned, it also contains 2mgs of Chlorpheniramine, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan and 5mgs of Phenylephrine, per tablet. As the nighttime formulation, that means there is a very high probability of this causing drowsiness as a side effect. Are there any other questions or comments? I need to know what this pill is: it is blue, oblong, has the numbers 44-495 on the top. The back reads: each tablet contains Diphenhydramine HCI 25 mg and Phenylephrine 10 mg. What is the name of the drug and what is it used for? ## Those are the drug names, Diphenhydramine and Phenylephrine, this is an over the counter product used to treat cold and allergy symptoms. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness and dry mouth. Learn more: Are there any other questions? ## I think drug companies should be required to put the name of the drug on the paper part of the blister pack so that pills can be identified if they get seperated from their box/container.
