the half yellow with 316 on it and bottom half is white is a Cold-A-Rest*Plus its ingredients are acetaminophen 325mg phenylepherine hydrochloride 5mg anthihistamine this can be used for allergy purposes also ## Hi april, I really appreciate this post of yours!
