Hi, I have a BMI of 28.9 and need to loose weight. I am looking for a doctor who will help me loose weight with phentermine. I searched and found places that make you come in every 2 weeks for 160.00. That's way out of my budget. If anyone sees a doctor they like, trust and feels has been helpful with your weight loss, kindly let me know. I have to get my weight down and have not been able to curb cravings, which is what real phentermine does. I have over 44 lbs of fat in me, please let me know about the doctor you go to and have been successful with weight loss.

Anybody here know of a Spokane WA doctor who will take your insurance and bill insurance for you to see them for eating disorders and to prescribe phentermine?? Not these doctors saying they want to help with your goal to lose weight then charge you $180 for a rx refill.....This is just wrong and I thinks the money greedy doctors need to have their license pulled...

At 850 calories though, you may be causing some problems for yourself, because if you go too low, your body goes into protective mode and you won't see the weight changes that you expect. If you're not eating much, your metabolism can also put your body into "starvation mode" and begin to store and hold onto fats or what little bit you are eating, as an act of survival. If you really want to rev up your metabolism a bit more, I'd suggest eating smaller meals every 2-3 hours as a way of encouraging your body to keep burning food as fuel and not storing it. Based on my research, the Phentermine 30mg dosage form should only be taken once daily. However additional information I found suggests that due to increases in tolerance your doctor may advise you to take 1 tab in the morning as well as a half a tab in the afternoon. I spoke to two representatives at Weight Loss MD and was very dismayed to learn that their physicians would not necessarily withhold prescribing Phentermine to a long-term alcoholic. I had gastric bypass. Medications meant to help with sleep and anxiety: quietapine, doxepin, elavil put 60 lbs on me. Since gastric bypass patients should only be prescribed immediate release medications, should my doctor (who last month wrote script for 30 37.5 Adipex-P. ought to have given me 2 37.5 mg. due to the duration necessary to lose weight.
