What is it? White oblong pill with tiny blue specks, scored and the the markings of K 35 on one side and plain white on the other side? I was told it is phentermine by a weight loss clinic. Hello. I'm trying to take Phentermine 37.5mg that I got from my doctor, as nothing else works for me to lose weight. I took 1/2 every morning and nothing happened. I have taken phentermine 37.5mg 3 different times over the past 9 years. It has always given me more energy and completely squashed my appetite. 10 days ago I started on the 37.5 tabs again. Since then I have been horribly sick to my stomach (vomiting more than once) and still feel hungry. I am taking them on an empty stomach as prescribed. I know the side effects, but this isn't listed as one. Has anyone else had this particular problem with phentermine and nausea? ## Actually, the possible side effects listings generally include the broad statement of 'gastro-intestinal' distrubances, which you can see listed about Phentermine here. I was prescribed phentermine 37.5mg daily starting a week ago.. no side effects yet other than lots of energy ... however I noticed the bottle is marked with "MAY CAUSE DIZZINESS" and " this drug may impair the ability to operate a vehicle, vessel, or machinery. Use care until you become familiar with it's effects"... my dr is aware of my profession as a school bus driver and said that it wasn't something I should worry about... I can't find any info about it in the DOTs list of unapproved medications... a tiny circular yellow pill with a six sided shape on one side from mexico? i need to know how these differ from phentermine 37.5mg tablets... i've been taking the 37.5 and i was wondering if i take the 30mg if it would make any difference? ## From just the description you provided, I am afraid I can't give you any information on it, so I don't know if it contains Phentermine or something else.
