I'm looking for phentermine 37.5 imprint R316 a all white pill. local pharmacy in st louis MO do not distribute it any more. everything is blue and white. Does anyone know of any pharmacy that may cary it. ## Get it in Mexico. Pure white oval, very bitter if broken open. I am taking to boost thyroid and adrenals but dies not seem to work for this. I am slim so not for weight loss tho I feel less like eating. I do not want to lose much weight as I am tiny.

What is it? White oblong pill with tiny blue specks, scored and the the markings of K 35 on one side and plain white on the other side? I was told it is phentermine by a weight loss clinic. Also,, the people making the fakes can also copy the markings , so there is no real way to know what is really real until you take one. I have been on phentermine 37.5 and recently starting havin a bad ear ache, neck popping and heartburn. Have taken 37.5 mg before, this time taking 30 mg not satisfied! Can I take 1 tab twice a day ? ## Hi Dawn, Sorry to hear about this lower dose not working for you. Based on my research, the Phentermine 30mg dosage form should only be taken once daily. However additional information I found suggests that due to increases in tolerance your doctor may advise you to take 1 tab in the morning as well as a half a tab in the afternoon. I would just encourage you to double check with your doctor before making any changes; this way you don't run out of your script it's time for a refill. I hope this helps answer your question!

I have taken phentermine 37.5mg 3 different times over the past 9 years. It has always given me more energy and completely squashed my appetite. 10 days ago I started on the 37.5 tabs again. Since then I have been horribly sick to my stomach (vomiting more than once) and still feel hungry. I am taking them on an empty stomach as prescribed. I know the side effects, but this isn't listed as one.
