Hi! Just wanna ask if it's okay to take Propan with Iron and Pharmathon at the same time? Example I'll take Propan in the morning and Pharmaton in the evening. Does it cause any side effects? ## Pwdi ba akong mag take ng profan e iron with out recommended from doktor, din wala side effect kasi nag take ako ng pharmaton minsan?

Hi, I'm 39 yrs. old female and have been taking Neurobion Forte for like 6 mos. now as an only supplement. I didn't consult any doctor for this. So far, nothing bad happens. Will it be bad to continue this for an indefinite period of time? Moreover my husband of 58 yrs old is taking Pharmaton plus this Neurobion tablet, can you advise if this is alright?
