Is there any pharmacy in fort meyers that carries subutex? ## Hello, Ryan! How are you? I'm sorry, people all over seem to be reporting difficulties finding many medications, but I've no idea what's going on. However, there is no listing of pharmacies that have any given medication in stock. The only suggestion I can make is that you check with more in the area, but you have to go their physically, with the prescription in hand. If you call they will tell you no, because they don't know if the person on the phone is a legitimate customer or a potential thief. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone know of a place there that has had... ...

I have been on subutex for 9 months now. But i have a very big problem next month k mart pharmacy will no longer carry subutex. I live in the tri cities in tn. I have called about 35 pharmacies around they either do not take new people getting subutex or do not carry it at all. I have no insurance i found 1 that cost 340 which is way more than the 215 i paid at k mart. Also some pharmacies I know only carry the small ones which to me do not work as good as the bigger ones. Huge difference i go back the 8th next month so if there is anyone that knows of a good pharmacy in my area your help would be greatly appreciated ## Hello, Scott! How are you? I need to know where the cheapest place to get my pills. I only take the 54 411s. They really do the trick for me but I'm having trouble finding the cheapest place to fill at. A friend of mine told me her pharmacy told her they were going to be only getting the small round generic subutex tablets. I have always gotten the big ones. I do not like the small ones, I don't abuse them. So has anyone else heard that they are going to quit making the round generic 54 411 suburex ?? ## @lifesaver, There haven't been any official announcements from the FDA or drug companies regarding the discontinuation of this pill. So I'm not sure where your friend heard this information, but it's possible that it may not be public news yet if she recently got these details in advance from someone within the company. The manufacturer of this specific pill is Roxane Laboratories, Inc. I would suggest contacting them directly for a more accurate answer on what their fu... ...

i,am currantly going away next year too lanzaroti off the cannary islands i,am currantly on a regular script of "18mg of "subutex" per day these have been perscribed by my phyciatrist. will i need too take any proof off my docter or phyciatrist or any docters letters too take with me or can i just take them at my own will ## I would suggest contacting a doctor or pharmacy there and asking them what you need to do. It is most likely that you can take a certain amount with you, but after that you will probably need a prescription from a doctor there to continue getting it. Learn more Subutex details here. Most locations have limits, such as your only being able to take 3 months worth of any prescription medication. Have you looked into the laws there yet? ...

If I get prescribed the sublingual film could I ask the pharmacy to dispense the generic tablets ## No Nate. They won't switch out. Subutex is a completely different script. ## @nate, It probably wouldn't hurt to ask, but if I'm not mistaken, your doctor may have to be the one to make that request prior to writing your 'next' prescription. Usually the pharmacy will only give you what they have on the shelf at that time unless your doctor makes a point of notifying them on the script that you want a specific form of the medication. Do the sublingual films not work as well for you? ...

A doctor isn't even allowed to write them like that for controlled substances and they could be reported and get in trouble for it. Learn more Subutex details here. So now it is a conspiracy in the Tri-Cities to make it just as hard as they can on bupe patients. I took my monthly rx to the pharmacy I have been doing business with for over two years. I was given a new manufactued bup, 8mg, and it makes me sick. I called them, day 3 of new rx still making me sick, and was told that the manufacturer of the one I've been taking for two years, Roxanne, doubled their price. They have them, but the price is double. I expect my physicians fee to go up to. I guess in their little meeting down town, the powers that be said "okay doctor. we'll do it your way. But it'll cost you. I've called pharmacies all over town for price check and I'm hearing the same thing. Some of them 'don't carry that anymore. Or, we are out right now. ... ...

Need help paying for subutex ## Hello, Tammy! How are you? I'm sorry, but I have not been able to find a current assistance program for Subutex. This is fairly normal, since generics are available now, which by their very nature are cheaper. One idea to try to save money on your prescription would be to ask your pharmacy if they accept any discount cards. Most of them are free to enroll in, you just sign up on the relevant website and then print the card. Does anyone else have any ideas? Will you insurance cover it? I was just switched from subutex to suboxone this month without notice and WOW suboxone is so much more expensive! Anyway, when I went to get my script filled I could only afford to get a few bcuz of the price. I went back the nxt day and got a few more while I had the money. Well the next time I went the pharmacist told me that it was "new" policy that I have to fill the rest all at once instead of a few at a time. I told them about my new situation and being switched over from subutex and how i was not prepared for how expensive suboxone was gonna be and they let me fill half of what i had left to get and I told them I would get the rest friday when I got paid.
