cannot find subutex in any pharmacy
4 Replies RSS
Is there any pharmacy in fort meyers that carries subutex? ## Hello, Ryan! How are you? I'm sorry, people all over seem to be reporting difficulties finding many medications, but I've no idea what's going on. However, there is no listing of pharmacies that have any given medication in stock. The only suggestion I can make is that you check with more in the area, but you have to go their physically, with the prescription in hand. If you call they will tell you no, because they don't know if the person on the phone is a legitimate customer or a potential thief. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone know of a place there that has had... ...

Meijer pharmacy subutex 54 411 availability
2 Replies RSS
Does meijer pharmacy carry 54-411 subutex or M 9-24? Walmart was out of 54-411 and I cant take the M 9-24 version. The pharmacy wouldn't tell me. ## Yes you can, you just don't want to. This is a perfect example of why there are so many rules and laws and restrictions because people abuse, break the rules, and don't do what they're supposed to. It doesn't matter what a Subutex looks like. Period. They all do the same thing unless you are administering your medication intravenously, in which case eventually you will get caught and you will lose your doctor. Most abusers want the 54s. It's just like when I see people say they're allergic to orange ones and small ones, LMFAO. They're literally the same thing, same mlg, same ingredient, just look different. I... ...

I have been on subutex for 9 months now. But i have a very big problem next month k mart pharmacy will no longer carry subutex. I live in the tri cities in tn. I have called about 35 pharmacies around they either do not take new people getting subutex or do not carry it at all. I have no insurance i found 1 that cost 340 which is way more than the 215 i paid at k mart. Also some pharmacies I know only carry the small ones which to me do not work as good as the bigger ones. Huge difference i go back the 8th next month so if there is anyone that knows of a good pharmacy in my area your help would be greatly appreciated ## Hello, Scott! How are you? Subutex (Buprenorphine) Script & Mail Order Pharmacy?
4 Replies RSS
I am prescribed two 8mg buprenorphine (subutex) tablets per day as I am deathly allergic to Naloxone in the combination medications like Suboxone and Bunavail. I have, at times had trouble getting my prescription filled locally. Sometimes the pharmacy I use regularly doesn't have them all, especially when I get a full month script, and of course, I find myself running back and forth to and from the pharmacy to pick up small pieces of my prescription. I left a daily dosing program to attend a once monthly clinic because I could not afford the trips back and forth. At times, I have to run to the pharmacy 3-4 times per week and it's approximately 70 miles round-trip from my home to the pharmacy, and on top of that, the clinic I go to is now enforcing once per week counseling so tha... ...

A friend of mine told me her pharmacy told her they were going to be only getting the small round generic subutex tablets. I have always gotten the big ones. I do not like the small ones, I don't abuse them. So has anyone else heard that they are going to quit making the round generic 54 411 suburex ?? ## @lifesaver, There haven't been any official announcements from the FDA or drug companies regarding the discontinuation of this pill. So I'm not sure where your friend heard this information, but it's possible that it may not be public news yet if she recently got these details in advance from someone within the company. The manufacturer of this specific pill is Roxane Laboratories, Inc. I would suggest contacting them directly for a more accurate answer on what their fu... ...

i,am currantly going away next year too lanzaroti off the cannary islands i,am currantly on a regular script of "18mg of "subutex" per day these have been perscribed by my phyciatrist. will i need too take any proof off my docter or phyciatrist or any docters letters too take with me or can i just take them at my own will ## I would suggest contacting a doctor or pharmacy there and asking them what you need to do. It is most likely that you can take a certain amount with you, but after that you will probably need a prescription from a doctor there to continue getting it. Learn more Subutex details here. Most locations have limits, such as your only being able to take 3 months worth of any prescription medication. Have you looked into the laws there yet? ...

If I get prescribed the sublingual film could I ask the pharmacy to dispense the generic tablets ## No Nate. They won't switch out. Subutex is a completely different script. ## @nate, It probably wouldn't hurt to ask, but if I'm not mistaken, your doctor may have to be the one to make that request prior to writing your 'next' prescription. Usually the pharmacy will only give you what they have on the shelf at that time unless your doctor makes a point of notifying them on the script that you want a specific form of the medication. Do the sublingual films not work as well for you? ...

I refilled my monthly subutex Tuesday and received orange oblong tablets inscribed 153. My pharmacy has carried 54/111 over three years. A doctor isn't even allowed to write them like that for controlled substances and they could be reported and get in trouble for it. Learn more Subutex details here. I recently moved to another state, I'm been on subxone for 7 months and now I have no insurance at all, I paid 300$ to see a Dr. I received a free cupon for 15 Zubsolve and I went back to my Dr. He put me on Subutex for 1 month because its cheaper then the strips! I have my script and I went to one Pharmacy and its 320.00 for 48 of them.. I know its cheaper then 450.00 for my strips. I'm having trouble paying for my script. I can get generic for too but I do not know where to fill them. I heard that some pharmacies may charge as low as 2$ a pill but I'm having a hard time finding one. Subutex manufacturers

So now it is a conspiracy in the Tri-Cities to make it just as hard as they can on bupe patients. I took my monthly rx to the pharmacy I have been doing business with for over two years. I was given a new manufactued bup, 8mg, and it makes me sick. I called them, day 3 of new rx still making me sick, and was told that the manufacturer of the one I've been taking for two years, Roxanne, doubled their price. They have them, but the price is double. I expect my physicians fee to go up to. I guess in their little meeting down town, the powers that be said "okay doctor. we'll do it your way. But it'll cost you. I've called pharmacies all over town for price check and I'm hearing the same thing. Some of them 'don't carry that anymore. Or, we are out right now. ... ...

Subutex hard to get filled
2 Replies RSS
It's been so hard to get them filled where I live in PA. The pharmacies r going crazy with their power. They don't take any new patients. Gotta live within so many miles, it's crazy. Like I need them or i become sick with withdrawals and they don't care but they will fill anybody's script for oxycontin or strong pain pills even if it's a young kid. It's ridiculous. ## Zig, That's so true. What makes it even harder is that you have subutex and not suboxone. To the misinformed that sadly enough includes pharmacy staff they immediately see visions of addicts using this protocol for I.V. purposes. Now I'm not naive enough to say that doesn't happen to a fraction of users but they lump all users together and form a belief that these drugs lack medical ... ...

only subutex discount card

Need help paying for subutex ## Hello, Tammy! How are you? I'm sorry, but I have not been able to find a current assistance program for Subutex. This is fairly normal, since generics are available now, which by their very nature are cheaper. One idea to try to save money on your prescription would be to ask your pharmacy if they accept any discount cards. Most of them are free to enroll in, you just sign up on the relevant website and then print the card. Does anyone else have any ideas? Will you insurance cover it? This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ...
