Then found the bottle in my cabinet... they are Premier Value brand, Chest Congestion & Cough Relief, Dextromethorphan HBr 20mg & 400mg Guaifenesin. ## The identification that Mother of Dreams has provided is correct, though the name they are sold under may vary, since these are sold as generics or store brands. its white on one side of pill it says ph then theres a line in between 073 ## Is it possibly PH 063? We have discovered that tablet to be 400mgs of Guaifenesin, a generic or store brand of Mucinex. If it really is PH 073, then it is also more than likely an oTC item, which would explain why it's not in any databases and also why poison control didn't know what it is. OTC items are not required to have their markings logged by the government. You can see several threads about the one with the PH 063 marking here: If you are certain it is 073, then there is a good chance it contains this same ingredient, but is a higher dosage, though, at this time, we cannot confirm this. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?
