whiteph073oval
its white on one side of pill it says ph then theres a line in between 073 ## Is it possibly PH 063? We have discovered that tablet to be 400mgs of Guaifenesin, a generic or store brand of Mucinex. If it really is PH 073, then it is also more than likely an oTC item, which would explain why it's not in any databases and also why poison control didn't know what it is. OTC items are not required to have their markings logged by the government. You can see several threads about the one with the PH 063 marking here: If you are certain it is 073, then there is a good chance it contains this same ingredient, but is a higher dosage, though, at this time, we cannot confirm this. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ...

White Triangle S 50 Pill on one side blank on other side
White triangular pill. Blank on one side and s50 on the other ## Hello, The closest match I've been able to find is Sumatriptan succinate (50 mg). Sumatriptan is indicated for the treatment of migraine headaches. It is a white triangle pill with the imprint S on one side and 50 on the other. Since this is such a close match, it could very well be your pill- but possibly made by a different pharmacy who gave it a slightly different imprint. Manufacturer: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc.
