is taking 1 roxy the same as taking 3 perkasets? ## It would depend on the dosage, because these are different medications and both are available in several different dosages. Roxicodone contains the narcotic Oxycodone, in a regular release formulation, but Percocet contains the Oxycodone, coupled with Acetaminophen. So, what dosage are you asking about?

I have a big blue oblong pill with the number one imprinted on one side and nothing on the other. Someone said it might be perkaset. a white round pill, a line on one side and the other it says mlx 153 ## Sorry, nothing with that marking in the US prescription drug databases, which leads me to believe it is probably NOT Percocet.

its white and round and on onside it has a line and on the other side it has 512 ## This is a generic for Percocet, it contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs.
