I have been taking Percocet 5/325mg for years and recently got my refill and the pills look different. They have the number 510 on one side and just a demarcation line down the middle of the other side. They are white and oblong-the usual Percocet I take are round,white and have a 5/325 on one side. I have been taking them and have been getting very sick and nauseous. Please help me in identifying these pills to make sure they are Percocet. The pharmacy is of no help as they say they fill with generics all the time and can't give me any more info. I've looked it up online and can't find ANY pill matching that description. I recieved a white tablet with the marking watson 322 on the one side and nothing on the other side. My Prescription was for Percocet 10's I don't think they are. I have had problems with this pharmacy before. Giving me prescriptions that I didn't think were the real thing. I'm taking percocet 10/650mg. I have (DDD), (Athritis), and the list goes on. I have a friend on Norco. Can you tell me what the difference is between them and the highest mg the norco comes in? THANK YOU SO MUCH! ## The Percocet is way better then the Norco, and the reason is because Percocet contains Oxycodone and Norco contains Hydrocodone. What im trying to say is Oxycodone is a stronger and longer lasting Opiate then Norco. {Edited for safety} just make sure to watch how much Tylenol/Acetaminophen ur taking, try not to take more 4000 to 5000mgs cause it can damage ur liver. I've read where people say it's IMPOSSIBLE to fake the yellow 10/325 percocet and whoever believes that is sadly mistaken. The biggest sign is that sometimes the yellow is a little worn or the pill had white spots on it. The second is that the instant the water hits your mouth they almost instantly dissolve and you can hardly swallow the chalk in your mouth. The third and most important sign is this: if you hold a prescription pain killer up to the light it had a sort of gloss/sheen to it. The fakes do not have this. The only exception would be if the pills were REALLY old they may have lost their sheen. But for me, that is the biggest thing. Fakes are rare, but don't be so naive. INVESTIGATE. yellow, oblong/oval pill, cant read one side since its been in my wallet for awhile, the other side clearly says percocet. I am a 20 year chronic pain sufferer who every 3 years or so has to detox off 180-240 mg Oxycodone to lower tolerance. Then I start back on 4-6 Percocet a day and gradually increase dosage as needed.
