Pills marked with an L, followed by a set of numbers are manufactured by LNK International, they only make over the counter items that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics. They make anything from generic versions of Tyelnol, Advil, and Benadryl as well as many others. This one marked L 405 is sold under the name XS Pain Reliever Tablets, nothing more than a generic extra strength version of Tylenol, so it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Most definitely NOT a Percocet.

I'm confused I just got a refill of generic percocet 5/325. Last month I was given a new type that just doesn't do enough for me. Had the RP stamped on smaller 5/325 pill. My previous prescriptions were large white pills with 512 on one side with a code on bottle of MCRK. My new prescription has the identical 512 pills but still has the newer code of MADV. FOUND A ROUND WHITE PILL HAS A ODD SHAPE V ON ONE SIDE BUT THE NUMBERS ON THE OTHER SIDE ARE WORN OFF. ANY IDEA WHAT IT COULD BE. ## It's difficult to say without knowing the numbers, actually. The V logo is used by Vintage/Qualitest pharmaceuticals and they make quite a few generic medications and it is only the numbers that would enable us to identify it. Percocet contains both Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. This tablet, however, ONLY contains 15mgs of Oxycodone, so it is the generic for Roxicodone. It is, however, a very potent narcotic pain reliever. Is the RP 10 325 pill comprised of layers on the RP side that start to peel off? The other side is fine and not peeling. ## Have you tried contacting the manufacturer (Rhodes Pharmaceuticals) about this? Just for verification, the imprint implies that it's a generic Oxycodone (10mg) + Acetaminophen (325mg) tablet, with a National Drug Code of 42858-104. Yes there is a big difference in the manufacturers of these pills. The white, round, WATSON 925s seem to work best as far as pain relief and "highness". The ovals are ok but not as good as watson...The peach or yellow pills are also less effective than the watsons. ## I just came across an article from this website,"Generics and Biosimilars" titled, "Actavis makes agreement for generic abuse-deterrent oxycodone", Posted 03/05/2013, that explains exactly why everyone is getting sick and feeling no pain relief. I I have always used the white oblong 10 perc and now I'm taking the 10 but it's a round pill and it is not as strong, I feel as if I'm taking tylenol3. I've recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and a degenerative disc, and a pinched nerve. Was prescribed this generic percocet 5/325 coupled with Diazepam 5mg. I have been used to Norco 10/325 for a while. Also some much stronger stuff I would rather not disclose.
