Percocet contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and neither of them are in any of the available prescription doses in 25mgs. The max on the Oxycodone is 10mgs and the minimum on the Acetaminophen is 325mgs. The letters on a pill also do not necessarily denote what they are. That said, I cannot find this listed in any of our databases. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Can you also tell us that shape?

I have been on percocet for the past 6 yrs now at 10 mil x 5 a day and was wondering does anyone find that they have a need for stronger doses over time? What is the difference in percocet 10/325 and lortab 10/500, I know the amount of tylenol is different, but I've taken both and the lortab seem to work better than the percocet. Just took a perk 10 3 hours ago and took a 4th of a methadone 10mg 5 mins ago will I be ok? ## Have both of these mediations been prescribed for you? Those aren't terribly high doses, but could be dangerous for someone that isn't opiate tolerant, due to the sedation and depression of the central nervous system that they may cause. Had total hip replacement 5 days ago. Percocet 10/325 only last 4 hrs before the pain starts to increase. I've tried to stick it out to at least 5+ hours, but it is too painful. Should I take a Lortab between doses to help me get to 5-6 hrs? Or should I just go ahead and take another percocet? (every 4 hr). ## Talk your dr. I've taken percocet 5's and 7.5's. Before and after knee surgeries. 7.5's are the best, but please everyone. The withdrawal from everyday use of percocet and especially oxycodone/oxycontin is like total death. You just want to die. The withdrawal lasts what seems like forever. Please be careful. Do not take heavy doses or for longer than 2 weeks tops. It's one of the worst withdrawals ever.
