Doctor willing to prescribe and help with pain in Minnesota

Need help finding a doctor that will prescribe in Minnesota. I have been dealing with chronic back pain for many years. Ruptures my L5-S1 disk and it keeps getting worse. In the past, I have been on Vicodin, percocet, etc, and my quality of life was much better. But that doctor left. Over time, pain came back more and more, exercise decreased due to pain, quality of life is low. Tired of dealing with Chiropractors and such, and docs that only say stuff like "try Advil". Need something to help with the pain, so I can exercise and get some quality of life back. I live in the Twin Cities. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know! ## I am in the same boat but I am post SI joint fusion, fibromyalgia which most docs don't believe in yet a med was created for that........
