Percocet 333

My cvs just switched from watson manuf for percocet 10 to this actavia oblong pill marked A 333..and it does NOT work as well as the other did. I get very little relief and have to take more...sometimes with NO effect at all. Can someone have these pills tested to see what is actually in them? My father got these prescribed after a massive head trauma and reconstruction of his skull and orbital area. I told him they were Percocets but he is arguing with me. I know I am right but need verification for him, lol. Usually Percocets always made him sick and that way if it does we will know it is that and not something else wrong with his skull. ## You are correct, these tablets are manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth and they list them as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic for Percocet. I go online to find unknown pills. But all you have to do is is google A 333 and it comes back to Percocets. This is the new novelty that society created by demonizing marijuana over the past 40 years. Kids are always going to find something to alter consciousness because for a large percentage of them life sucks (been there). Here is the cautionary tale on this one. In an overblown effort to stop the pills the government has set some pretty restrictive regulations when comes to opiod scripts. The kid that was taking Oxys is now finding them harder to get. If I find out that the supposed oxycodone I am taking is anything other than what it should be, I will be contacting a money hungry attorney for I shall be extremely wealthy. ## I have the same issue with RP 10/325 - I went into withdrawals and took the Med back to Walmart pharmacy and the pharmacist said he's "had no other complaints and couldn't do anything for me". Wife had prescription for Percocet which was substituted by CVS with a small white oblong pill with A 333 on one side and no identification and no "line" for breaking in two on the other side, but identified on bottle and circular as "10-325". After root canal, pill has been relatively ineffective only overriding pain for about an hour and caused nausea and vomiting when second pill taken 4 very long hours later. A friend has a problem with opiates. They bought these pills that are white and have p333 on them. They were told they were 10 mg narcotics, either oxys or hydros. R 333 pills are Oxycodone or brand name Percocet 10 mg 325 mg. I just got these from Walgreens after getting a prescription for these from my pain management doctor. They definitely work. Are pills with R 333 Oxycodone? I am sure that it is definitely a Percocet 10 325. Is that right? ## No.. But there is a percocet that is A333 made by Actavis. ## @Phillies, The only pill I'm finding online that is marked "R333", happens to be a 40mg Pantoprazole sodium delayed release tablet, used to treat symptoms of GERD and esophagitis. You never mentioned the color or shape of the tablet either, which in this case is a round yellow pill. But if you say that it's Percocet, it sounds to me like the imprint was simply misinterpreted. Follow up of 02/28 post. Original pill marked A 333. Wife back to dentist this AM. Swelling along side of tooth/gum after root canal. Took new prescription for Percocet 10-325 back to same CVS. They have nothing in stock other than the A 333 pill that we had already found to be impotent and reported it to Head Pharmacist. Went to another Pharmacy and they filled with white oval shaped pill identified as M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other. This is supposed to be Percocet??? Very concerned. ## Apparently someone else who was looking for this same exact pill on another thread, said it was supposed to be a Percocet 10/325mg tablet. However, I understand that the imprint has an R and not an A. It's just the only relative match that I found is "A333" on a white oblong (capsule-shaped) tablet. Makes me wonder if the manufacture simply made a mistake on a good batch of their pills? You could try calling the U.S. Customer Relations for Actavis at +1 (800) 272-5525. "A333" on the other hand is reported to be a generic Percocet, containing 10mgs of Oxycodone hydrochloride + 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
