Is there a 100 mg Percocet? Just wanted to ask if anyone has ever heard of a 100 mg Percocet? ## Percocet contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone, it is available in a maximum dosage of 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of the Acetaminophen. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. However, Oxycodone by itself, without the Acetaminophen, is available in higher doses in both a regular release and a time released formulation. Are you sure you are asking about Percocet?

Percocet contains Oxycodone coupled with Acetaminophen and the maximum dosage of it that is available is 10mgs of Oxycodone with 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Want to know what a 1000 mg percocets l ook like ## They don't make one like that. ## @boo bear, BL is right, you're not going to find any Percocets with that type of dosage. It is only available in the following dosage forms: 2.5/325, 5/325, 7.5/325, and 10/325 respectively. The amount of acetaminophen used to be 500mg and 600mg in the 7.5 and 10mg tablets, but due to recent reports regarding acetaminophen and increased liver toxicity, the amount as of Jan 2014 is now capped off at 325mgs. Could you possibly be thinking of another medication altogether?

want to know what it looks like ## There is no 1000mg Percocet, this medication contains Acetaminophen and Oxycodone and the maximum dosage available contains 10mgs of Oxycodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen. As to what the pills look like, with the varying dosages available and all the generics on the market, there is no way I could list pictures or a description of all of them. pink with a 5114 and a v on it ## 5114 V is Acetaminophen 650 mg + Propoxyphene 100 mg a generic Darvocet ## Abe is correct, this was a very mild opiate narcotic that was discontinued several years ago, by the FDA, due to the cardiac dangers it caused, some of which were fatal, as well as the many overdoses it caused. They also warned it carried the risk of being habit forming. Thus, this is an old tablet, that is no longer available in the U.S. Are there any questions?

NO WAY is Pliva 434 generic for percocet, oxcodone or acetaminophen! It does not contain any of these drugs and it is not even related to any of them! If I have taken a Tylenol 3 earlier and had no relief, how long do I wait to take a Percocet 10/325mg pill? ## See what it says on your Tylenol 3 dosage. It depends on the amount of acetominophen in both pills. You cannot exceed 4,00 mg per day. A 10/325 Percocet- you can technically take them together. If you look at an Extra Strength Tylenol bottle, you can take 1,000 mg at a time. The Percocet alone is ok at 10 mg. Doctors can prescribe the Percocet alone although it is frowned upon. If you have ever been told that you have liver damage, call your doctor. ## What Skeeter stated about the Acetaminophen/Tylenol is correct, you should not exceed 4,000mgs in a 24 hour period, and each dose of the regular release formulations should not exceed 1,000mgs per dose. If u have been taking 20 of the 10 mgs of percocet a day will tramadol help u with the withdrawl systoms after u stop taking percocet abruptly? ## If u have a percocet habit of 20 of the 10 mgs a day will a 100 mgs of tramadol help u detox off the percocets? ## I am sorry, but I don't have any information on it being used for such, so I have to say that I really don't know. hello i have chronic back pain ive been on a bunch of pills and nothing seems to be working as of now im taking 4 percocets a day and this new thing called kadian 100 mg sustained release just asking what it compares to cuz i was just on hydro morph cotin 24 ml twice a day with 4 percocets just asking if this 100 mg kadian is just like a hydro cotin if it is like a hydro cotin what mg would my kadian 100 mg compare ## This is an old post, but kadian 100 is morphine - sustained release for 12 hrs- and is a very high dose. Hydromorphone is a stronger drug. You must have tolerance to high opioid doses to take Kadian 100 (or overdose is likely). I took it for years, but have gradually tapered down to 30 mg twice daily. It took about 2 yrs to taper that much.

I am taking 10 mg of Percocet, 4 mg of Xanax and 50 mg of Trazodone and can’t sleep. Should I take 100 mg of Trazodone at night? My insurance change thus my pm doc changed. He switched me from 100mg er morphine 3xday with 4 10/325 percocet daily and 2 350mg soma to up to 3 30mg ir morphine 4x daily only for pain. No breakthrough med and no muscle relaxer. Am I going to stiffer major wd?or is this captains with what I was taking? Please help me. I suffer pain all the time from my Fibromyalgia to my disc and back problems.
