WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PERCOCET M357 AND PERCOCET 512 ## M357 is NOT percocet, it is a different class of narcotic pain reliever called lorcet or hydrocodone. it is a generic version and not as strong as a perc 5/12 ## That is correct, M357 contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, so this is not an equivelent to Percocet, but, as stated above, a generic for Vicodin or Lortab. what is the long term effect on your liver and other organs? I have had C-3 C-4 fusion 1986. L-4 L-5 fusion 2011. I have had shoulder surgery in 05.I'am taken oxycodone 7.5/500mg 3xa day and dilaudid 4mg 4 x a day and gabapentin 600mg 4x a day. He tells me that on a long term that oxycodon with out the tylenol in it will effect my liver. so why did he give me something with 500mg of Tylenol in it? just don't under stand. I'm worried about my friend. She takes percocets and usually gets the ones that say 512. However sometimes she gets other kinds and complains about there not as good so she takes more. I know percocets have tylenol in them and i am worried about her overdosing on tylenol or the oxycodone in it. How much is to much? Also she usually don't take them all at once but she will take alot throughout the day. I had received prescription for percocet 5 325 white round with 512 and other side line score mark and noticed that some are missing numbers,look rougher not smooth and even thinner then the ones with markings. I am confused and don't understand how these pills are different or if they are something else. The line on the back of a 5mg percocet, with 512 on the front. Does this line have to be going horizontal like the numbers on the front, or is it just random in the way these lines run compared to the 512 on the front? I can't find this answer anywhere!
