small, round, green, r-214 pill ## I believe the marking on this tablet was actually A 214 and it contains 15mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. Learn more Oxycodone details here. It is a generic for Roxicodone, but it is not the same as Percocet, since that couples the Oxycodone with Acetaminophen. According to the NIH database, a tablet that is white with 44 over 157 on it contains 325mgs of Aspirin and is available over the counter. I took half of a 15mg is it safe to take a percocet? ## Percocet contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen and the Oxycodone is also a narcotic, so combining them both could cause the risk of overdose, or even just depression of the central nervous system. I have been on Percocet 10/650 for around 8 yrs. now for my back. They cannot do surgery because the bone and discs in my spine are not strong enough to hold any type of device. They have now changed it to Oxycodone 15 mg but doesn't seem to help. Is Oxycodone 15 stronger than the Percocet 10/650? I am NOT looking for drugs and the high that some give. My profession is very important to me and I would NEVER risk loosing it due to drugs, however, I am on my feet for at least 12 hrs. a day on concrete. My doctor switched me from Percocet 10/325 to Butrans 15mg. I've been taking the 10/325 for about 6 years. 5-6 pills a day. I am scared to death that the 15mg Butrans is too high? I was recently switched (2 days ago actually) from being on Percocet 10-325 4xd to MSContin 15er & Percocet 7.5 4xd for BT. My Dr. was going to go ahead & start me at 60 mg of the MSContin and take my Percocet down. I freaked out due to just beinh another "new" drug. Does percocet come in 20mg? ## I'm assuming you're referring to the amount of the narcotic in it, the Oxycodone? If so, then NO, it does not. Percocet, which contains the Oxycodone, coupled with Acetaminophen, is only available in a maximum dosage of 10mgs Oxycodone and 650mgs of Acetaminophen.
