I found a round small pill in my home that appears to have been here for awhile. The color appears to be a peach/yellow color. At first I thought the imprint was WATSON 300 but found no result that matched. Now I believe it may be WATSON 388. I can't make out whatever may have been imprinted on the back, if there were any imprint at all, because of the condition of the pill. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks

Any clues ## Hi Jack, Watson 245 is identified as Necon 1/50; which contains Mestranol (0.05 mg) + Norethindrone (1 mg). Necon 1/50 is primarily used in the treatment of birth control.
