This is a steroidal anti-imflammatory medication, used especially for joint imflammation and lung imflammation, among others. Side effects include ravenous hunger, insomnia, stomach pain, among others. The other possibility is that it says b 50 92. This would be naltroxone. The only legal time released formulation of Oxycodone on the current U.S. market is Oxycontin and the 20mg tablet of the new formulation has the marking OP 20 and the original had the marking OC 20, they should be round and light pink in color. I was on 200mgs of oc and they changed the formula and all I did was stay sick from it. If someone tries to crush or chew it, it turns into a gum like substance that retains its time released properties. Otherwise, it is supposed to work the same and carries the risk of the same side effects: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. Are there any questions?
