How are you? The tablet with the M T7 marking is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, so it has just been manufactured by a different company. This is very common with generics. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
