I found a small orange/peach pill with a capital L on it. The L is not black but the same color as the pill ## From what I can find, this is just another 81mg Aspirin tablet, the dose that's commonly used for blood thinning and heart health. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you to confirm this and be sure. P on one side and a 2 on the other side a orange/peach color ## What this tablet actually contains is 2mgs of Hydromorphone, which is a narcotic opiate, but not the same as Morphine, though it is related.
