Paroxetine Hcl

The Dr. prescribed me paroxetine hcl 5 weeks ago- for depression- going thru some tough times right now-I took 10 mg for the first week- then 20 mg for 2 weeks- I felt absolutely horrible when taking the 20 mg- so she told me to drop back to 10 mg again- it has been 2 weeks now on the 10 mg- and I still dont' feel "normal"- how long does it take to really start working? ## It generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks for your body to adjust to any new medication, or dosage adjustment and for things to even out and the side effects to taper off. If it doesn't improve, however, you should talk to your doctor again, because this just may not be the right medication for you. Are there any other questions or comments?

i am currently taking paroxetine hcl-40 mg tablet. i had to switch from paxil cr-around 62.5 mg because a program called " bridges to access" i guess quit operating. well, this cutback in dosage i can really feel, as you know what they say about cr-when going back to regular release you might need more mg for similar effect. do you manufacture a higher dosage, or is posible to work towards a solution? thanks so much. i really appreciate your help. ## Hi, Scott! Had fluoxetine hcl manufactured by teva. Provider now gave fluoxetin(p) identified as "substitute for fluoxetine" and mtg is par --what's the difference? ## From what you've mentioned, the only difference is who manufactured the particular one you're taking. Ihave been taking atorvastatain 10 mg since 05/2016 I have sever liquid stools and some I do not make it to the bathroom and I sure you now what happens. is this a side effct and what are the ither side effects.
