Purchased Norco over the phone. 321 exchange. Pills came in a vacuumed plastic bag, obviously not a prescription. They were blue with WATSON 540 on one side and scored on the other. WATSON 540 is a generic (hydrocodone / tylenol). The writing doesn't look as deep as a normal WATSON pill. You don't get pain relief from this pill it makes you feel like you are on Valium. i was just wondering 500mg-5mg is the same dose as 5mg-500mg ## Hello Anthony, Spike is likely correct but I just wanted to be clear something up. Since you are posting in acetaminophen + hydrocodone section it's fairly safe to assume that the 5mg is referring to the hydrocodone and the 500mg is referring to the acetaminophen so what you'e asking is essentially is 5mg hydrocodone/500mg acetaminophen is the same as 500mg acetaminophen/5mg hydrocodone to which the answer is yes. However, if you had a different medication could have something that looks more like 300mg/425mg then it might be worth taking a look at which active ingredient is which. I hope this makes sense.
