side effect and for what it is used ## Details ## ENZOFLAM (active ingredients: diclofenac sodium 50 mg, paracetamol 500 mg, serratiopeptidase 15 mg) are manufactured in India. In India it is said to help with antirheumatoid (preventing or relieving the symptoms of rheumatism) I was unable to locate any side effects of this drug, since it is not from the US. This medication is marketed for use in treating minor aches and pains.
