HELLO EVERYONE, LAST WEEK MY MOTHER TOOK A TABLET OF ACECLOFENAC+PARACETAMOL (prescribed by dentist) AFTER WHICH ALL OF HER BODY SWELLED UP WITHIN I N A COULPE OF HOURS ALONG WITH SERIOUS ITCHING PROBLEMS . IT TOOK NEARLY 5 DAYS FOR HER TO GET NORMAL. BUT SINCE THEN SHE IS FEELING WEAK, DRIZZINESS. ALSO SHE IS DIABETIC(TYPE-2). PLEASE TELL ME IF IT IS SERIOUS OR IT WILL GET CURED ON ITS OWN ......

Details are limited at this point. Can you post back with any other information such as active ingredients, etc? ## Ebility is Manufactured by Piramal Healthcare India. It is Paracetamol Diclofinac Potassium & Serratiopeptidase. My dentist prescribed this when I underwent a root canal for my teeth. He advised me to take the tablet after the root canal only in case of pain. ## Yes! It is a written Rx containing Paracetamol + Diclofinac Potassium + Serratiopeptidase on the casing.

I have had six teeth removed from my upper mouth and am suffering pain. My dentist said to take Paracetamol and Ibruprofen alternately but not a lot of good. My Doctor says Enantyum 25. Is this a good idea? ## Hi Justian, it sounds like the medications which your doctor is recommending are not very strong for severe pain. Rather, they are intended to be mild to moderate pain relievers, so it does sound in lie with getting some teeth removed. Enantyum is reported to contain the active ingredient Dexketoprofen, which is also an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), in the same class of medications as Paracetamol and Ibuprofen. At this point, it's really going to depend on what's causing the toothache. I just had a root canal for one of my teeth and the treatment is still going on for another tooth. My dentist directed me to take Sumo (nimesulide 500 mg + paracetamol 100 mg) and Droxil 500 mg two times a day for as many days long as the treatment is going on. As a result of this, I often feel weak and drowsy. Do these medications have any side effects? Are there any other safer alternatives to these medications?

Iv had three wisdom reeth extracted two days ago and the pain is getting worse.. Iv been prescribed tablets that don't dont seem to help very much at all.... However, the Solpadol contains Paracetamol and Codeine, the Codeine is actually a narcotic analgesic, which would likely help a bit more.
