Thank you, Nikunj ## Hi Nikunj, I did some research and unfortunately I'm not finding any cough/allergy medications like Wikoryl in the U.S. that contain Cetirizine, Phenlyephrine, and paracetamol. There are allergy medications such as Zyrtec that contain Cetirizine and other cough medications that contains Phenylephrine and Paracetamol- However I've read that it isn't safe to mix an anti-allergen like Cetirizine with cough/cold medications. The only thing I can think to recommend is Robitussin Allergy and cough syrup which contains: Brompheniramine maleate (2 mg), Dextrmethorphan (10 mg), and Psuedoephedrine (30 mg). This syrup is ...

Is there any problem with taking the Dart tablet daily? ## I've experienced back pain on and off. Will these Dart tablets help alleviate the pain? ## Dart tablets contain Paracetamol, Caffeine and Propyphenazone, it is used to treat pain and fever. i have acute sinus problem and the only drug that help me drastically is alerid D it's a miracle worker for me .Lately I can't get them any more since i have been told the drug has been discontinued I will like to know what i can use as a substitute since nothing seems to help me ,something hopefully the same composition as Alerid D .please help me ## give me subsitute of alerid-d ## Alerid D contains: Cetirizine + Phenylpropanolamine. Okacet Cold is another brand name that contains the same active ingredients Cetirizine + Phenylpropanolamine; but also contains Paracetamol. This seems to be the closest match I can find that has a similar composition to Alerid D.
