However, it can also refer to the active flavor constituent of the seeds of Guinea pepper (also known as Grains of paradise). I moved from Warfarin to Pradaxa 1.5yrs ago. I was having to have blood tests quite frequently with my INR decreasing or increasing despite trying to maintain a correct diet. I have been so much healthier with Pradaxa and have returned to competitive swimming, At age 65 I am swimming 100 M Medley's. I keep getting much faster in the pool. I am not sure if it is connected but I changed my diet to only include Fish/ skinless chicken-sometimes, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables and Muesli for breakfast. I have severe pain from a fracture in my vertebrae. I am currently taking diclofex 75mg SR(prolonged release diclofenac sodium tablets) twice a day but it's just not doing the job and my pain is still bad most of the time. Can I take paracetamol or another pain relief med once a day as well?
