I moved from Warfarin to Pradaxa 1.5yrs ago. I was having to have blood tests quite frequently with my INR decreasing or increasing despite trying to maintain a correct diet. I have been so much healthier with Pradaxa and have returned to competitive swimming, At age 65 I am swimming 100 M Medley's. I keep getting much faster in the pool. I am not sure if it is connected but I changed my diet to only include Fish/ skinless chicken-sometimes, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables and Muesli for breakfast.
