while going to bed for sleeping at night i could not sleep due to feeling of burning in my both eyes then i have to try to release gas from my stomach thru my mouth.this process takes about half an hour & while releasing gas from the mouth it comes with a shouted vioce which distrubes not only to my family members but nieghbor also. i take my lunch before 10 am dinner before sun set every day after that i do not take any food except milk & fruits up to 9 pm.i have taken all medicines of all tpye of pathy but i could n't get any relief since last 15 years.

My mother is of age 68 years and has been taking pantocid(40 mgs) for past 6 years , (twice or thrice in a week). Because she gets burning in throat / chest. Some times the liquid came out from her nose also. Now she is daily taking Pantop-D (40mg). As she feels above symptoms almost daily / alternate day. We are worried about side effects. I have three to four bowel movements in the morning in a span of two hours some times there is undigested food particles like carrots. I am a pure vegetarian and have been eating only rice, boiled veggies, and lentils. Can pan 40 tablet help me in this regard. I have not been able to find a medicine that helps with what my doctor thinks is Gerd. The last medicine was protonix and within 21/2 weeks I am having side effects. Ankles are spasming as well as hands however I have spondilosis. I have never had spasms in these areas until protonix and I still have food that gets stuck and continuous hiccups. I was prescribed by a doctor to tale proton 40. However i did not understand first the instruction of the pharmacist, all i was able to understan was to tale it BEFORE FOOD. And so i did it last night before eating, but now that I read the leaflet, it shows that i should be drinking it 1 hour before breakfast, i already have breakfast, is it still ok to take it? I started taking lisinopril a couple of years ago. I never really got the cough. However I got acid reflux that was debilitating. I was prescribed pantoprazole for that. I hate the long term side effects and was looking for an alternative - and wondering how I suddenly got reflux. I stopped the pantoprazole two weeks ago and am coping with apple cider vinegar.
