I have been experiencing pain around my left knee, especially while sitting and climbing stairs. The knee X-ray does not show significant wear and tear or a reduction in the joint gap. My orthopedist suggested that I try Proxym-200 and Pantolet-D. Could you please advise if it's advisable to use these, and also inform me of any potential side effects of these tablets?
