Can I take Omeprazole or Lansoprazol / Domperidon (Topdom Cap) with Propranolol; and sometimes an antihistamine and pandol sinus and an antibiotic or cough syrup? ## Hello, Khalid! How are you? I'm sorry, but I can't answer your question without knowing the specific combination of medications that you wish to take, or are already taking. The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of these gastric medications as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, and flatulence. Can you please post back with the additional details? I'm on suboxone strips so can I start on a z-pak for my allergies? Does anyone have an answer it would be greatly appreciated. ## Hello, Panda bear! How are you? An antibiotic will not do anything to treat your allergies. They are only effective at treating bacterial infections. The FDA lists the typical side effects of them as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. If you're suffering from allergy symptoms, you likely need an antihistamine. Has your doctor recommended anything?

Hi everyone! I have been diagnosed OCD in the past and now I have been prescribed Trintellix to treat my depression symptoms which seems to have worsen by the COVID-19 pandemic, all the strict measures because of the virus and challenging life implications. I am on my 5th day taking Brintellix on a 10mg dose. On this 5th day with Trintellix I am feeling a very slightly better in my mood overall, kind of calmer and relaxed, but so far I have not experienced such a big difference overall. Thank God I have not felt any serious side effect such as nausea, vomiting, or constipation; which was one of my main concerns about the usage of this drug, since many patients that are on it report such side effects as common. My question to anyone out there is if by having the same or a similar diagnos...

Hello, I too hate the new white norco's. Has anyone found a good replacement with out high Tylenol like the norco's? Thanks ## Hello, PandaB1! How are you? There will not be any available with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen as of the end of this year. Due to the risks of liver damage or failure that can be associated with long-term use of high amounts, as well as the dangers of overdose, the FDA has requested that all of these combination prescription medications be changed to contain no more than 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. And actually what this means is that they're not widely available right now, because there is a shortage. I really think that most people are going to have to wait until after the new year to see what's available and which one of those wor...

How are you? Yes, from what I'm finding, Bactrim has been known to reduce the effectiveness of contraceptives, so there'd not be much point in taking them again, until you finish your course of treatment with it. It can continue having this effect in your body for 7 days, after finishing it. Learn more Bactrim DS details here. It may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Is there anything else I can help with?

According to the following article from Walgreens (dated February 2023), there are a number of key factors that may be influencing potential drug shortages when it comes to Adderall and other popular prescription medications as well; including but not limited to post-pandemic supply chain constraints (such as manufacturing issues and other industry-controlled factors, such as raw materials), increased consumer demand, and federally regulated rules surrounding certain medications, to name a few. [1] [2] Walgreens themselves go on to admit that pharmacists should be the ones keeping their providers informed on drug shortages to ensure patients can get the medicines they need as quickly as possible - whereas in some instances, a medication may be available, but the specified dosage is no...

My brother is taking Norco after a knee replacement, but a few days ago he came up with another problem. Having had gout before, he started getting redness and some swelling under the other foot. Can he take the green pill, Indomethacin while taking the Norco? ## Hello, Panda! How is your brother doing? I didn't find any problems or interactions listed between these two medications, but it's always best to double check to be sure. So, there shouldn't be any problem, as long as his doctor approves. Norco is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Indomethacin is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Side effects...
