I have been taking pantop 40 for more than 6 years now just when I wake up. I am scared of using the drug for so long and want to stop it but feel sick if I don't take it. Can you please let me know if it is harming me in any way and what other alternative is there. I am obese and suffer from slip disc and severe cramps in my legs when I sleep. Kindly guide. I am in treatment with pantop 40, which I take 20 min. before breakfast every day, but once a week I must take Actonel also one hour before eating anything in the morning, so I don't know which I should take first. I have been prescribed Pantium 40 (twice daily for 5 days) along with Phexin to treat some skin infection. I am presently in 14 weeks of pregnancy. My question is that is it safe during pregnancy? Doctor suggest me to take on tab Pan 40 daily for 2months for some problems like fomation of acidity, gas, indigestion. Do you suggest to follow the Doctor's advice? Is there any bad effect as said in previous reply? Some time after taking food during tiffin hours in office time, belly is filled up with gases and sizes of belly gets enlarged and also I fill production of little bit heat inside the belly. my son, aged 27 yrs has been diagnosed with gqwtric ulcerws. he has been pr3escribed ampoxillin 1000mg , claribid500 mg , protodac and pan40 (twice daily) for 14 days. after 10 days,he has been shoqing signs of improvement. should the medicines be continued for another week? will he require antibiotics also? after 14 days, he is still having pain , with less intensity. ## The Claribid contains Clarithromycin, so it and the Amoxicillin are antibiotics. What time on the day this tablet will be preffered to be taken..?? ## Tablet pan 40 ## It should be consumed in morning before breakfast. in most cases 1, 40 mg tab in a day. ## I hv too much off gas problem like farts mostly at night time ,my stomach feels full even if I eat very friend told me to tk pan 40 on empty stomach. Wt exxtly is this for ## Try this natural way: Drink good amount of water 1 hr before food. DO NOT DRINK any water for at least 1-2 hr after food. Only if required, take max a sip or so during food thats it. After 2 hrs drink as much water as you like. It must be very difficult in the beginning to adapt to this system but you will get used to this in couple days. No harm in trying this natural method for a couple weeks. My wife takes pantocid 40 but refuses to take these when the talet formulation includes 10 mg domperidone. Does this alter the effect or is domperidone essential for drug effectiveness?
