I have been taking pantop 40 for more than 6 years now just when I wake up. I am scared of using the drug for so long and want to stop it but feel sick if I don't take it. My friend told me to take pan 40 on an empty stomach. What exactly is this for? ## Try this natural way: Drink good amount of water 1 hr before food. DO NOT DRINK any water for at least 1-2 hr after food. Only if required, take max a sip or so during food thats it. After 2 hrs drink as much water as you like. my son, aged 27 yrs has been diagnosed with gqwtric ulcerws. he has been pr3escribed ampoxillin 1000mg , claribid500 mg , protodac and pan40 (twice daily) for 14 days. after 10 days,he has been shoqing signs of improvement. should the medicines be continued for another week? will he require antibiotics also? after 14 days, he is still having pain , with less intensity. ## The Claribid contains Clarithromycin, so it and the Amoxicillin are antibiotics.
