my son, aged 27 yrs has been diagnosed with gqwtric ulcerws. he has been pr3escribed ampoxillin 1000mg , claribid500 mg , protodac and pan40 (twice daily) for 14 days. after 10 days,he has been shoqing signs of improvement. should the medicines be continued for another week? will he require antibiotics also? after 14 days, he is still having pain , with less intensity. ## The Claribid contains Clarithromycin, so it and the Amoxicillin are antibiotics. Hi, i have been on stil pains for quite some time now and the dosage has increased. i used to take two now i have gone up to 4 at least 5times a day. could this be the reaon why ive lost so much weight? ## Have you consulted a doctor?
