I was on this drug for a long time for a mood disorder. I kept complaining of shortness of breath on small amounts of excersise. My eyes started to droop and I couln't breath. The Dr. diagnosed me with Myathesia Gravis. I was on oxygen and palnning to die early. They gave me IVIG therapy and this didn't work. Finally after taking medications for this supposed ilness for 6 months aqnd having reactions to the meds, the neurologist finally said that the Topamx could be causing the symptons of Mya thesia Gravis.
