Painkiller Mr

In March of 2014 I was involved in a bus accident on lovely SEPTA. The i**** bus driver hit a PARKED VAN on the Blvd during clear weather. Anyway, the bus was partially destroyed and I suffered two herniated discs which have caused me no end of pain. The lawyer I retained sent me to MRCP where I received physical therapy. It helped for awhile but after a period of time it just stopped helping. Now I am in the situation where I am in pain EVERY DAY. If feels like a knife is twisted in the middle of my back at all times because of the pain. The fat shyt Dr. at this place, Dr. Silverman, prescribed me a series of medicines that did NOT work: Tramadol, Naproyxen, and Gabantin. I was hospitalized when I couldn't walk and found it was a MRSA infection that spread to my heart, lungs and both hips. I am still here leaving in five days. I must use a walker because it's too painful to walk. I was on IV Dilaudid up to 2mg per hour, weaned down to 2 mg every 3-4 hours; then three weeks ago they switched to 37.5 mcg Fentanyl every 72 hrs and 20mg Oxycodone a day. I'm going home in five days and no longer have a family doctor... Is the hospital going to send me home on something or am I going to suffer till I get a doctor at home? Will there be withdrawals? I am a 28 year old female and I am on 10/325 Oxycodone for almost 5 years now for lumbar chronic pain. My new MD wants me to see a surgeon or get off of the painkillers altogether. I have seen two different surgeons in the past and they both told me surgery isn't an option. But my MD thinks otherwise and wants me to get an MRI. This medication is the only way I can function daily. I have tried to stop and taper off and such but it just causes my back to lock up so bad I can't even walk. How can I convince my doc that I need this medication? Any advice would help greatly. And this doctor is the only doctor I can see in my town due to my insurance plan. I took enzomac tablets as prescribed by a doctor, 1 three times a day for knee swelling with great results. However the swelling has now returned after 2 weeks. Is it safe to take another course of enzomac. How long can it safely be taken for? Also does enzomac work as a painkiller as well as an anti-inflammatory, or should I take painkillers alongside this? I am British and currently travelling around India. I don't know the cause of the knee pain and swelling but will have an MRI scan when I return home. I Want to know about this tablet zerodol, is there any side effer ## This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory from India. I broke my ankle and foot on march 3rd of this year and it hasn't healed properly. I am getting much worst pain than usual and have a hard time walking a lot. I get a M.R.I on july 19 then will find out if I need surgery or not, but for now I am in so much pain. I have taken recently Tramacet at night time but I find the pain is still bad. In the morning I can't stand the pain so take like four or five Advil, which doesn't help only a just a little. What should I be asking for from my doctor?
