I had a severe throat pain 10days ago and got fever around 103'cal because of that doctor advised me to take augmentin 625mg for 5days.I completed the course but after 2days again I felt d same situation and still I'm suffering from severe throat pain and unable to swallow anything So I'm taking Disprin and nimulid tablet for pain relief on equal intervals What can cause this problem? What problems can I face if taken dease med for longer time as a pain killer?

I am 34 years Female and having very bad throat pain. I have seen few white spots on them as well. I have taken Eryocin 250 plus. Is it ok to take that. For the past 3 days I've been feeling bad. Started with a sore throat then it was my ear, then it was being being super tired. I wasn't sure what it was bc I been feeling some slight chills as well. There has been a major change of weather so I was thinking that this could all be sinus related. I suffer from hypothyroidism and have been on 50 MCG of levothyroxine and vitamin D3 5000 daily and I have had sore and tender throat and uncomfortable to touch. It feels like my throat is closing. Hi, I've been taking clarinase and I want to know if I can take lorinase for throat pain? ## They both contain Loratadine and Pseudoephedrine, so neither one is going to help with throat pain. Thank you, ## This is an antibiotic, so it will only treat bacterial infections and nothing else. Thus, it is not appropriate if you just have a cold or flu. Have you consulted your doctor? Taking an antibiotic, when you don't have a bacterial infection creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistance, which could result in some very dangerous illnesses in the future.

I take Amlodipine 5mg - it is sort of oval shaped and I find it difficult to swallow. I take it with nearly half a glass of water. However 2 days ago the pill got stuck at the back of my mouth and actually dissolved. I immediately felt a severe burning pain which was agony (I have a high pain threshold but this was unbearable). After some minutes the burning passed but for a time I couldn't eat or talk. My voice is still affected and at times drops to a whisper. I tried posting this as a reply in another thread, but occurs to me that I should post iot in it's own thread, rather than hijacking someone else's. I'm new here, so I apologize if I've done anything wrong! My problem / question: I take several medications before bedtime every night. My mistake, having read about it elsewhere, is probably taking a couple or three different pills at a time. Three nights ago, one of the smaller pills got stuck in my throat and caused some painful burning. I washed it down with water, but the damage was done. Am 22 yr female, my cycles is irregular , i went to a gynacologist , she preferred me to take neo pms and suggesting some antioxidant tablet and syrup, after stopping that again i revisited and stating her regarding difficulty in breath , she prefer me to take primosa still also the listed problem is there . what should i do for this ## These symptoms may not necessarily all be related. Your gynecologist should be looking into the abdominal pain and the irregular cycles, but you need to see a regular doctor for the throat burning and breathing issue. For the irregular cycle, have you considered trying a hormonal contraceptive tablet? That can help get things back to a predictable pattern.

aspergum was taken when you had your tonsils out as an adult. Where can find it in Toronto ## Chantal I looked it up, and looks like they quit making it in 2006. All it was, was a gum with aspirin in it. You can get the same effect letting a baby aspirin dissolve in you mouth, then swishing and swallowing with a little water. Hope this Helps.

3 nights ago, I suddenly developed chills on my hands and feet; followed by ache and soreness. Seemed like like sore throat, the pain under my left jaw( right side too but not as painful) with tension headache or migraine( I'm a migraine sufferer) took maxalt melt but didn't work. Nausea and acidic stomach. After vomit twice, I took 2 x 500mg Aspro - headache gone after half hour, but nausea and pain under chin and jaw kept me from sleeping. I found some Roxithromycin and took one 150mg tab on the third day. The pain around my neck, and collarbone abated. It's Easter weekend can't see my doctor till next Tue or Wed (another 2-3days). Should I continue taking the Roxithromycin until I see my doc? I also have some amoxicillin but I try not to mix. Thanks
